It's FRIDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Morning all. Happy Friday! :D
Breakfast: Atkins milk chocolate shake and a Starbucks Americano with single cream and sugar free vanilla syrup. Lunch: Italian chicken salad from Pret a Manger consisting of mixed leaves, cucumber, tomato, roasted red pepper, black olives, pecorino cheese, chicken, mayo and pistachios. Dinner: Bite size pieces of cod ‘breaded’ with egg, ground almonds and parmesan cheese served with green beans and homemade tartare sauce. Possibly followed by a couple of lemon clouds. Snacks: Babybel, maybe a peperami or a slice of ham. Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca. |

B- hungry this morning so it was 3 slices of bacon and 2 eggs fried in coconut oil, coffee with cream L- Shropshire Blue cheese salad with mayo D- chicken breast fillet with cauliflower in a cream cheese sauce Clare |
Morning: 2 fried eggs, plenty of dried sausage
Evening: turkey breast with zucchini sauce (zucchini, olive oil and cheese processed until smooth), cucumber salad |

We were in Seattle
L: Beef taco salad with Santa Fe dressing; ice tea to drink S: I had part of a baked chicken thigh while on the run. We had to catch the ferry over to the peninsula and we were running late (sat an hour in the ferry line :annoyed: ) D: We made it back to Sequim :jumpjoy: We split some prime rib and salad with blue cheese dressing S: I discovered some goat cheese from Holland that is :love: |
