Time to get back to induction
It's been about a month since I lost any weight. I was happy with my weight and how I felt, but I'm still carrying around a noticible "paunch".
I really want to be free of excess fat. So, I need to cut back on some berries and nuts (which I love, and are soooooooo healthy) and cut my carbs to <20. For me that means watching EVERY carb (even when the label says <1) and getting my carb allotment from carefully selected veggies. I love moving to the "next level" |

I am afraid I am gonna have to join you soon and go back to the drawing board...lol! I can't seem to lose any more weight, of course I eat nuts and have a few drinks now and then, so thats my culprit, I need to buckle down and get serious again and see if these last few pounds will come off.
