It's THURSDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Morning all. It’s Thursday, the weekend is getting closer! And I have Body Jam tonight so looking forward to that. :D
Breakfast: 100g cantaloupe melon and a coffee with single cream and splenda. Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber, red pepper and tomato with ranch and three slices of salami. Plus a Diet Coke. Dinner: Pork tenderloin with mushrooms and onions in a mustard cream sauce served with samphire (I had the other half of the pack last night and it is too salty for my taste but don’t want to waste it). Snacks: Peperami, babybel if needed. Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca. |

B: Bulletproof Coffee L: salad with: purslane, spinach, avocado, spring onion, orange bell pepper, tuna, olive oil, nori flakes and feta. For dessert: greek organic yogurt with chia and flaxseeds, coconut cream and coconut flakes. D: leftovers from our fridge... cold cuts, vegetables, cheeses and some saurkraut. Snacks: none Drinks: 4 large cups of green tea and water, water, water. Have a great day everyone! |

B- 3 slices of bacon with a tablespoon of cream cheese, coffee with cream L- met a friend for lunch who gets a 65% discount at a lovely restaurant so I had the most amazing 8oz sirloin steak, switched the fries for green beans and followed it with a filter coffee with cream- delicious! D- not sure, going to see what I feel like after my bigger than usual lunch Clare |

So far today:
Breakfast 2 pints black de-caff coffee, no sweeteners Lunch 6 fried mushrooms 8 strips pancetta 2 fried duck eggs Think dinner is going to be half an avocado plus prawns in Marie Rose sauce left over from last night, though right now am not in the slightest bit hungry. Just back from a shopping trip - and on cloud nine 'cos I now fit into 'medium' t-shirts instead of large or XL :) 4 tops on sale came to £21 for the lot - am a happy bunny! |

Dinner ended up being the aforementioned 1/2 avocado and prawns, plus a salad of lettuce, 1/2 tomato, chopped black olives, a few artichoke heart slices from a jar, and 'faux' croutons made from Halloumi, pan fried in olive oil with garlic. It was totally wonderful :)

L: A salad with grilled chicken, cheese, cucumbers and Italian dressing; ice tea
D: We went out to a great place in Seattle. We shared a cup of pozole rojo, I had a salad with skirt steak, blue cheese, bacon, mixed greens with a chipotle vinaigrette. Then I blew it (but it was planned) and we shared the trio of desserts. Back to strict low carb today :up: |
