help!
I ate half a bagel this morning (maybe a little less)...
What would you do for the rest of the day? Meaning what would you eat as I KNOW I will be hungry. |

Stay very low carb and eat good high fats to stay full and keep cravings at bay... lots and lots of water. Don't use it as an excuse to blow the whole day.

The way I see it, it's like falling off a horse. You get back on. Maybe you try to figure out why you fell off, so you don't fall off the same way next time. But you don't need to make up for falling off.

Fit in some extra exercise (even just a walk), drink extra water, stay strictly on plan the rest of the day, and congratulate yourself tomorrow for not getting derailed by one little slip.

First ....get rid of the other half.
seriously. Even if their are carb eaters in the house. THAT bagle is YOUR bagle so can it. After that all you can do is zero carb for the rest of the day. Then look up the nutritional value of the bagle you ate and tell yourself "I wasted my entire daily carb allotment on THIS?????" Telling on yourself is a good thing. |
