It's WEDNESDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Morning all.
Clare – it was my first time trying the mini mushroom ‘pizzas’ and they were absolutely lush, definitely adding them to my repertoire!! Breakfast: Coffee with single cream and splenda (I have made the switch from double to single as I have discovered that single cream is closer to being equivalent to heavy cream, the calories are much lower and the carbs are only fractionally higher). I may also have an Atkins café caramel shake a little later. Lunch: Homemade cream of mushroom soup sprinkled with grated cheddar. Dinner: Chicken mini fillets topped with Philadelphia cream cheese wrapped in prosciutto served with green beans. I usually use a whole breast and stuff the cream cheese inside but I’m sure it will work just as well with the mini fillets. I also made some lemon cream cheese clouds for the first time last night so I may have one or two for dessert. Snacks: Peperami, babybel if needed. Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

Good Morning !!!
Must be deep in ketosis,NO appetite and wide awake at 400 am. Food has been difficult for a few days ..Im not pushing it,appetite will come back(it always does)B-coffee (430 AM and to early for food) S-coffee and Atkins Advantage Bar on way to Chiro L-salad of some sort-Maybe Fajita w/ Crystal Lite D-probably nothing |

Breakfast was a EAS carb smart shake with a diet coke, lunch will be a side salad and some of Linda Sue's chicken parm bake, will have the rest for dinner, mabe make some of the chicken lazone when I get home from class if I am still hungry.

and good morning!! coffee/hwc x 2 and 1 tbsp. vco 1/2 avocado with 1/2 tbsp. balsamic 100g pork chop with mustard and a salad of Romain, celery, thinly sliced red onion, mushrooms, cucumber and topped with 2 tbsp. of homemade Italian dressing and 15g freshly grated parmesan cheese TOTALS: 8g net carbs 87g fat 40g protein |

B-vanilla egg cream shake w/chia seeds
L-grilled chicken salad D-meat or fish(not sure which yet), kale w/garlic I just have to say...I made Linda Sue's Coney Island Chili Dog Pie last night and it was the most yummy thing I've eaten in a long time. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend it. |

Happy Hump Day!!!
B - atkins tex-mex (love these) L - beef merlot w/broccoli D - Wednesday is our night off from the gym cuz it's CRAZY busy on Wednesdays so I'm actually cooking dinner tonight. (Normally, I cook all of our meals for the week on Sunday & then we just add a veggie, reheat & eat after the gym). Tonight I'm tossing spaghetti squash with zucchini, a little mushroom and onion, garlic, spinach and italian sausage with a fresh spinach salad on the side. I just can't make up my mind if I want to make an alfredo sauce for it or just use olive oil and oregano.... suggestions? coffee, water and iced tea to drink Have a FANTABULOUS day!

I've been gone for a while (stupid kidney stones), but I am back.
Amber: Can you point me to the recipe for Cream of Mushroom soup? B: choc protein shake w/ HWC & Almond milk L: Pork tenderloin w/ green beans & mushrooms D: Filet mignon w/ salad (spring mix, avocado, campari tomatoes, oil, vinegar) Snack: cheddar cheese, berries & greek yogurt. 80 oz water I can't wait for it to kick in where I am not hungry anymore. |

Well, I am down the two pounds that I "gained" over the weekend, and I have a date tonight, so I am keeping on plan!
B: earl grey tea with 1 half-and-half and 2 splenda L: Sloppy joe hot dog bowl; marinated grape tomatoes D: Date! Will be at a cocktail lounge so will try to order yummy no-sugar drinks. A low carb dinner somewhere afterwards. |

Haha Ms.Woods, I'm in the same boat as you.. Just ate 2 Atkins bars!
Its TOM & I'm trying to study for a test tomorrow which = I need chocolate They came in the mail today as a free sample and I just couldnt resist, but at least theres only one left now.. Will eat it as lunch in between class tomorrow!Also, Harmsway.. If it were me I would probably just stick to the OO & oregano.. but thats because i havent had the best experiences trying to make home made sauces. They usually taste very..."interesting" lol. But Im sure you could find a yummy recipe somewhere on here! Soo, B- coffee w/ 1 T HWC L- 1 cup broccolii & cheese soup, 2 atkins bars ![]() D- Not thinking ill be hungry.. Im pretty full right now.. but If i eat it will be something small like 2 oz cheddar + water/green tea
