Start Date: 1/2/14 for yet another time
Day #1...again

I ate well, scrambled eggs with bacon and green pepper in them, hamburger with spices added, and just finished a salad (while waiting to be seen at the doc lol). I need to work on drinking more water.

Drinking water has really helped me by keeping full. I do use the wal-mart flavoring-I know some say it stalls them but for me it helps me get my water (I like the way it taste too). All I drink is water now!! Your menu for today looks Great, KUTGW!!!
