Has anyone tried these? They have about 7 carbs per bun. I know that most folks are totally against using low carb breads of any kind. I am wondering if anyone has had any success losing weigh by eating a low carb bread on an infrequent basis -- like two or three times per week for one meal only. Any insight is greatly appreciated! :hiya:

We stay completely away from wheat. I love bread, but it causes me to crave carbs and after reading, Wheat Belly. I know why.

Never tried them. Probably won't just due to the intense cravings it would cause me. Plus wheat/grains do a Very bad number on my body!

If you bake I would try these healthified sub buns...google them and watch the video...no wheat but, have almond flour so not for induction...oopsies are good for induction.

IMO, two to three times a week isn't infrequent, especially if you're still in the active losing stage. I don't have a huge issue with wheat causing cravings or anything, and I still wouldn't have any low carb bread any more than a couple of times per month when I was actively trying to lose weight on a ketogenic diet.

And if you don't know how your body (and mind) react to wheat, I would be very cautious.
