It's TUESDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
 
Morning all.

Breakfast: Atkins dark chocolate almond coconut crunch advantage bar and a Starbucks coffee with single cream and sugar free vanilla.

Lunch: Chef’s Italian chicken salad from Pret a Manger consisting of mixed leaves, cucumber, tomato, black olives, roasted red pepper, pecorino cheese, pistachios, chicken and mayo.

Dinner: Two large flat mushrooms topped with a little tomato puree, oregano, garlic, black olives, salami, cheddar and parmesan. Like mini mushroom pizzas – yum!

Snacks: Babybel, slice of roast beef if needed.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

Morning: 2 eggs fried in coconut oil, a couple slices dried sausage, coffee with cream
Evening: turkey curry, cauli mash, steamed artichoke hearts and leftover zucchini noodles.

Breakfast will be 2 scrambled eggs with green pepper, bacon and some cheese in them.

D: chicken "tacos" (in romaine leaves) w/avocado and tomato
S: no idea yet. I have some "beef country style ribs" (thick strips of chuck roast?) I may do some Asian style stir fry with them

Good morning everyone!

B: Green Tea w HWC/CO/Davinci
L: 10 chicken wings with Bleu Cheese
D: 4 eggs scrambled with cheese, 4 slices of bacon, 2 sausage patties

S: as needed Shrimp with LC cocktail sauce, cheese cake muffin, almonds, babybel

1/2 avocado with bedtime pills.

At least 1 gallon of water throughout the day.

Afternoon all :)

B- sausage and mushrooms fried in coconut oil, 1 soft boiled egg, coffee with cream (woke up ravenous this morning!)
L- mortadella salad with mayo
D- cauliflower and green beans in a cream cheese sauce

S: 2 small key lime fat bombs
L: 5 oz tuna salad
S: 4 slices cold bacon
D: mexican spinach bake (or possibly eggs and sausage with sauteed zuchinni)

a cuppa black coffee and lots of hot green tea too.

Snacks, optional. jodies pumpkin bake or a rev roll with mozzarella.

Hello!! :hiya: I am saving all my solid food for after 4 today and just having my coffee and coconut oil until then.

coffee/hwc x 2 and 1 tbsp. vco
1/2 avocado with balsamic vinegar sprinkled on top
bacon,egg and cheese between 2 l/c savory rolls with 1 tbsp. l/c ketchup

TOTALS: 8g net carbs 88g fat 38g protein

Hungry today.

D: Cod, cauliflower gratin (5 gm)
Workout: Greek Yogurt (8 gm)

Water: 3.3 L so far, 5 goal

L- 100 calorie pack of almonds/walnuts (was in between class and had very little time :stars:)
D- 2 cups of homemade broccoli & cheese soup, 3 cherry tomatoes, 1 T PB :o
Snack- coffee w/ 2 T HWC, small glass crystal light apple flavor

.... Waiting until 4pm today threw me off a little. I was fine until I started eating..Sounds odd but I wasnt planning on having the PB until I ate the soup and felt "hungry" a few hours later. Im glad I was able to stop at just a T but still dont like having unplanned snacks this early in. I had to take 14 or so flights of stairs and walked quite a bit today so that probably made the hardly eating worse. Oh well! Tomorrow I will be more prepared!

Totals today = 1,192 calories, 22 total carbs, 15 net
