Can anyone tell me about Zumba for Xbox 360
I am not an exerciser. I hate everything about it and I am not in good shape. I get winded walking up a flight of stairs. That being said, I was thinking maybe I could do something that doesn't seem like exercise. My kids have an xbox 360 with kinect and I see there is a zumba fitness game for it. Has anyone tried it? How is it?

Zumba is something I would never do in a class with other people, I'm not very coordinated and am very clumsy with some of the steps. I also lack the endurance to do a 60 minute class. I have the Zumba for Xbox and I like it a lot but I find it is still a bit to intensive on my joints and if I do it too often it will put stress on my knees and back. So I don't use it whole lot. It is an enjoyable way to exercise and if you don't have any joint issues I'd say go for it. I also have the newest Dance Central game for Xbox that I use more often now for at home exercise. It's more fun then logging a couple miles on the treadmill and it's less impact than Zumba.
