It's MONDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Why do Mondays come around so fast?!
Breakfast: Two eggs scrambled in butter with smoked salmon, lettuce, black pepper and lemon juice. Plus a sugar free Red Bull. Lunch: Homemade cream of mushroom soup sprinkled with grated cheddar. Plus a Starbucks Americano with single cream and sugar free vanilla syrup. Dinner: Fajita spiced chicken with soured cream, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Snacks: Peperami, babybel if needed. Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca. I have just placed a low carb order - mostly staples such as da vinci syrups, shakes and bars but I have also included one carb ketchup and some Mama Lupe tortilla wraps so I'm looking forward to those. |
B - two mini crustless quiches with cheddar, onion, mushroom, broccoli and green pepper, coffee with HWC
L - Linda Sue's fried cabbage and onions recipe D - leftover chicken breast S - assorted cheese and olives beverages - club soda with lime juice, and lots of water |

S: 1 oz. Cheddar cheese, sliced cucumber (only if needed) L: Atkins frozen meal, 1-cup salad w/ oil&vinegar S: Atkins shake D: Grilled hamburger, 2-cup salad w/ oil & vinegar. |

Up a few pounds (ate a little loosely this weekend), so back on strict plan this week.
B: earl grey tea with 1 half-and-half and 2 Splenda L: Sloppy Joe hot dog bowl (romain lettuce, sloppy joe, hot dog, red onion, and tomatoes); Grape tomatoes marrinated in olive oil, vinegar, green onion, and parsley D: Probably a Thai ground pork lettuce wrap with a fried egg on top |

not hungry this morning either
5 slices bacon lunch had to eat something. sauteed chicken with alfredo sauce and parm cheese dinner is pork and a ton of roasted veggies---if not too hungry might skip the pork and push the veggies tonight. snack of my 76% choc. if wanted at night. I like days I don't have that hunger feeling at all :) |

L- more wild pig on salad w/homemade ranch (I used CO and olive oil to make the mayo for it, and almond milk, vinegar, sour cream, and seasonings. It's good.) D- turkey italian sausages, sauteed mixed greens (spinach, chard, bok choy), and more salad if I want it. snacks- jodi's pumpkin bake, or clouds, or celery sticks with chicken salad. |
I took the past 3 days off and ate whatever I wanted!-cake, cookies, pizza and bread. I'm hoping it will help get the scale moving in the downward direction. I've been doing low-carb for almost a year and have been stalled for the past 6 months. Back to 20-30 gross carbs starting today. I feel great. I feel like having those 3 days off was just what I needed. I guess we shall see when I brave the scale on Sunday :)

I'm starting a meat and egg fast today so my menu is a little boring...

Hello all! Had a couple 'misgivings' in the shape of a pizza slice yesterday :) but today is a new day!
Breakfast: BPC w/1sc nat.protein pwd. Lunch: 2.5oz kale 3tbl butter 3 eggs 1oz creamy goat cheese (per trader joes, so good!) Dinner: 2c green beans 1c daikon radish 2tbl pb2 powder 1tbl peanut oil Snack: 4oz rotisserie chicken w/skin 1oz shredded cheese medley TJ's 1693c 130f/40c(25nc)/99p |

L- had a late breakfast ^^ D- sausage stir fry with lots of colourful peppers and a bowl of leek and cauliflower soup and a diet sprite. Still need to have 1 more 27 oz canteen of water before the day is out. |
