Science Friday
From Jan 10th I think?
Check out this interview with Dr. Robert Lustig. It's really just a teaser for his book, Fat Chance. He starts to get into why all carbs turn into sugar and how fat is good for you. The Fallacies of Fat |

I just read the book Fat Chance, and I don't remember anything about it saying anything negative about fasting, though the Science Friday website mentions that .. ? I think I would have noticed, since I do alternate day near-fasting. The book is very critical of sugar and eating foods with the fiber removed ... I think the book is worth reading.

hm I missed that. I don't remember exactly what he said in the interview.. I don't fast because I workout a lot and if I fast, I will likely not have enough energy to complete my workout and I also believe it causes muscle loss.
