starting induction and eating all the time!
Hi all. I'm starting induction and I feel like I'm eating non stop. I kind of gave myself permission to just eat. But I feel like I'm eating all the time. Did you guys find that once your appetite went down on induction, so did your weight loss?
Also I know this is controversial but I am not a fan of vegetables and I refuse to eat them just because I'm now on a low carb diet. I will rebel and then end up resenting this way of eating. My question is, do any of you eat more dairy, ei cheese, heavy cream in place of not having much vegetables? Another OT I found ez sweets at Wal-Mart! Looking at the reviews on Amazon, looks awesome and I think if I read right, you don't have to count the carbs since technically it's zero because there are no fillers? Please correct me if I'm wrong. Sorry for all the different topics! |

Your appetite should naturally diminish over time. Eat until you are satisfied but not stuffed. Eat protein and fats as they will keep you satiated longer.
As far as veggies, many low carbers do eat lots of low glycemic veggies. But there are quite a few who do not as they are sensitive to veggies of any kind and cannot lose if they eat them. |

You don't have to choke down anything you don't enjoy, BUT there is a connection between your appetite and your overall nutrient levels. If your brain detects a deficiency then you'll stay hungry, so finding veggies you like might help that issue.
