It's SATURDAY! What are you eating?
Morning!! :hiya:

coffee/hwc x 2 and 1 vco
1/2 avocado with 1/2 tbsp. basamic vinegar
shrimp and scallop stir fry
gluc pudding

TOTALS: 10g net carbs 72g fat 48g protein

I may also have a bit of 99% chocolate which would change my totals a bit....

so far had a bite of pnb after pills and clo.

Brunch: bacon and scrambled eggs
Supper: taco salad, no chips, of course.
Snack : ? bite of pnb or diet rootbeer or dill pickles

B- 2 sausage patties, 2 eggs in butter, 2 tsp reduced sugar ketchup
L-salad greens w/ranch, chicken breast, and avocado.
D- celery and pepper strips, a little buffalo chicken dip, venison roast wrapped in bacon, roast wild pig.

S-pork finds and French onion dip
D-hopefully briskett. Its my friends daughters birthday and shes going to try to shove food down my throat.

I really had nothing today; I was about to go out and get more LC/Induction-friendly food, and ended up with a flat tire. Drats! So today was:

Breakfast: 2 servings of almonds
Lunch: Nothing yet.
Dinner: probably a steak w/vegetables.

Tomorrow is my 6 month low carb anniversary :) Still very happy eating this way, delighted with weight loss (56 off, 14 to go). Today's feast comprised:

2 pints black de-caff coffee, no sweeteners

2 slices roast beef, horseradish

2 fried duck eggs
3 slices ham

Salmon steak
Watercress sauce (double cream, shallot, watercress, salt, pepper, lemon juice)
Mixed salad

D- 6 oz chicken breast on the grill & 3 cup romaine salad w/ cucumber, cheddar, and italian dressing

B: pancakes using Carbquick... first time I tried them and they were delicious!!!
L: 2 hot dogs on pita bread with coleslaw
D: peppers wrapped in bacon, taco salad, lavish chips and dips....it is family night at our house and finger foods are on the menu, so this is my low carb version! :)

B: Eggs scrambled with bacon, bell peppers, and topped with melted cheddar cheese

L: A cup of albondigas soup, ice tea to drink

D: Going out. I'm going to have the prawns stuffed with feta and wrapped in bacon. They are supposed to be served on garlic angel hair pasta but I will have them hold that. I will have a salad with ranch dressing instead

We have to taste test meads for our upcoming wine tasting dinner. I'm a bit worried since they are made from honey so I will just have little tastes

Lunch: baked/broiled sausage balls, straight out of the log o' sausage, with two giant heaping helpings of spinach. MMMM SPINACH!

Dinner: 80/20 ground beef ~9 oz pre cooked weight, with ~180 g green beans, cooked in the pressure cooker.

Made some cole slaw for tomorrow, so I had a few bites of that as I was tasting it.

My fiance and I got a dedicated smoker and we have a 9lb pork butt going in it at midnight tonight to eat tomorrow. 8) Maiden voyage! I can't wait.

Well- it's technically not Saturday anymore - but this is my first chance at the computer for the day! Laid sod most of the day, then hung a ceiling fan and then finally got around to doing my weekly cooking roundup. SO TIRED!

Brunch: Steak and Eggs cooked in butter - so yummy!
Dinner: Wendy's triple burger add bacon, no bun, no ketchup - the filling of two steak soft tacos from Taco Bell.
