Makin a huge Netrition order with taxes, suggestions????
We are getting a nice size return this year and i would like to stock up on LC products and maybe try some new ones. Anyone have any suggestions on products you absolutely love?? i have a severe nut and coconut allergy, so anything else is fair game!! Thank You ahead of time!!!!!

If you use the search link, the put in "netrition" and use the "search titles only" option, then choose the "from any date" you'll get a TON of threads and ideas

The one thing I've never bought, but have seen popping up in recipes everywhere is Oat Fiber. I would get a couple bags of it. It's cheap anyways.

Yes It's LC. Very LC. There is a really popular recipe for dumplings going around in the recipe forum right now by Buttoni. That's what I want the oat fiber for myself.

I wish I could find it locally. I just left meijer's and the only thing i could find was lower sugar ketchup. They use to carry the 1 carb but not anymore.

LOL .. I don't know why I was thinking they're two different products. So now I can remove that from my Netrition list. |

Glucommannan, oat fiber is a must for me, sugar free syrups if you can't get them locally, low carb pasta if you want to try it, low carb jams and spreads, pancake syrup, barbeque sauce, these are some of the things I order in Canada from a place we have here. I think I listed the things in order lol. I only buy online things I absolutely can't find locally, and I try and order big since the shipping is a flat rate.
I love the oat fiber and there's a great great recipe on this site for a flour you make with coconut flour, oat fiber and protein powder that I love for waffles, a dense cake, or even a bread. Other low carb items I love: Protein powder, coconut flour, almond flour, cocnut oil, coconut butter/manna... that's all I'm coming up with without going into the kitchen and opening the cupboards lol.

A Fantastic Flour Mix
I really love the texture. I use a real egg instead of egg powder, and I switch up the sweetener by using a different flavour of torani's and different spices, cocoa, etc. |

Here's a few things I have in my cart, haven't tried them yet;
oat fiber Konjac glucomannan Natural Calm, raspberry-lemon Sensato erythritol powder several no sugar-added barbeque sauces (I liked the Guy's brand but my 10 year old thought it was too spicy) no sugar-added bread & butter chips (pickles) stevita drink mix Last edited by Mistizoom; 02-03-2013 at 04:52 PM.. |

Hey, Addy: My favorite non-nut Netrition items are: Capella flavor drops (just flavor - you add whatever sweetener you want), great for smoothies, yogurt, coffee/drinks, baked goods, etc.; Quest bars, Ideal brown sugar blend (blend of xylitol and sugar. Does your allergy extend to soy? If not, I LOVE the individual chilies, Homestyle Fresh Chilis. They are SO good - can't tell them from chili made w/regular beans, though they're made w/soy beans. I espec like the beef, but chicken is good, too, and under $3 for a hearty portion, a not-unreasonable quick meal in a pinch. Oh, and I second the Guy's BBQ sauce recommendation.

The chilis are great but not for induction...I agree with the erythritol and flavor drops suggestions...the kitchen table bakers jalapeno Parmesan crisps are also one of my staples...they have many flavors and they come in handy for nachos or dips...or to crumble on salads or with laughing cow cheese...yum
