I do best with a protein/fat breakfast. Some of my faves are a cheeseburger patty topped with fried egg or eggs scrambled with chorizo and topped with sliced avocado. I also occasionally make a cheesecake and have that for breakfast.

You need protein and fat for breakfast. Choose your favorites. I don't like breakfast foods so for me it is usually meat I cooked the night before heated up. Chicken, pot roast, pork, or hot dogs. I usually have some salad with it as well.

You should also look into taking coconut oil in the morning. The fat really keeps me sharp through the morning.

have you tried the minute muffins they have an egg and I use coconut oil. Yeah u can get tired of eggs check out protein pancakes or waffles on you tube,

I found I feel better if I just don't eat breakfast. After awhile I stopped even wanting it.

I do drink one big cup of coffee with coconut oil and cream (then I drink the rest of the pot black )

That lasts me until the afternoon. Til dinner if I am busy at work.
