It's TUESDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Morning all.
Breakfast: The plan was bacon and eggs but got up late so grabbed an Atkins peanut butter fudge crisp day break bar. I will also have a coffee with double cream and toasted marshmallow da vinci. Lunch: Thick slices of ham with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper and ranch dressing. Dinner: King prawns stir fried with baby courgettes, onions and red pepper in garlic butter. I might have some pecans, pistachios or macadamias for afters. Snacks: Babybel, peperami if needed. Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca. |

Lunch: leftover pork roast from this weekend, maybe 75 grams or so. Two servings of pork rinds as well as a big ole' container of spinach. It's amazing how much spinach you can eat for 20 calories' worth of food! I heart spinach.
Dinner isn't the most glamorous in the world. I baked off some meatballs on Sunday so those are going to be reheated, served with some spinach, sour cream, and pressure-cooked cabbage. ~1200 calories, 20g carbs 10g fiber, 87 g protein, 82 g fat. |

L: 2 slices of lower sodium ham, spread with mayo and spicy mustard, then rolled up
D: Pork chop coated with smoked paprika, kosher salt, pepper and a few other things, cooked in olive oil. I don't have any vegetables on hand to cook so I will probably just have raw bell pepper strips Water, green tea, and now, after reading the broth/bouillon thread, I might have a mug of that this afternoon as a snack if I get hungry ![]() |
