Suppliments

The first time I did Atkins I lost 50 pounds but then I noticed my hair was thinning. I went on suppliments but I cant remember what they were. What do you take on a daily basis? I want to start them now. TIA

Biotin is the #1 supplement for hair and nails I believe. I take it every day. It's fairly inexpensive too.

Google 'jimmy moore all things vitamin atlcx bowden' for an excellent podcast about supplementing with LC.

Also if you aren't taking magnesium, and even if you are, google 'jimmy moore magnesium robbins 602 llvlc' for an eye opener about this important mineral.

Biotin and silica are supposed to help with hair growth. Also I find a good multivitamin works wonders.
