Hi everyone!
Brunch: 3 fried eggs, 2 chorizo links Snack: (I've been doing my cooking prep for the week, so I've been grazing as I cooked) 1 slice of bacon, a spoonful of caprese salad, piece of sugar free candy, a spoonful of egg salad, a bite of cream cheese, a swig of HWC, a fresh pecan and a diet coke. Dinner: After all that - I'm not sure I'll be eating anything. But I'm preparing pork roast and squash mash for the family - so I might eat some of that. Hope you all have a fabulous week! |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Slow-roasted, crispy pork shoulder. 8) I didn't even make any sides. Totally shameful in every way, but some days, a girl just wants to eat a metric ton of MEAT. I promise, I eat enough spinach, cabbage, and green beans on any given day to normally make any momma proud. But today? Today was the porkocalypse.
