It's SUNDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Afternoon all. Thought this thread would have been started by now but couldn't see it.
Breakfast: One cold chicken thigh dipped in ranch dressing.
Lunch: Two rashers of bacon, two fried eggs and a few sauteed mushrooms.
Dinner: Chicken Caesar salad.
Snack: Atkins caramel double chocolate crunch advantage bar.
Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.
B - coffee, farmhouse scramble
Not certain yet on the rest of the day. This morning I'm cooking for the rest of the week, so bacon/egg muffins, turkey, pork chops or salmon will be my options.
B: 2 coffees w/splash coconut milk and H&H
early L: summer sausage and egg salad
snack: spicy pork rinds and guacamole
D: not sure yet
As always, more hot tea and water
Brunch--- beefy mushroom soup, cold sliced leftover beef
Dinner- smoked tri tip, salad
Snack (optional) Jody's pumpkin bake, cold tri tip, a nice Italian salami w/celery sticks.
B: protein shake
L: maybe a burger no bun
coffee/hwc x 2
egg salad/savory roll
wings and sticky rice (shirataki)
B: 2 bacon, coffee with CO and coconut milk
L: large salad with veggies and avocado, homemade vinaigrette
D: leftover roast beef, creamed garlic cauli
Lots of Seagrams sparkling key lime water (I'm addicted!)
Hubs and I are re-starting a clean induction today after a few months of half-hearted attempts. So, today's menu looks like:
B: omelet with cheese, coffee, hwc, and splenda.
L: Ham and cheese roll ups with broccoli
S: Atkins Almond Cranberry Bar
D: Hamburgers with green beans and sliced cucumbers
breakfast-4 pieces of bacon and 4 fried eggs
( The only veggies I have left until payday (which is at the end of week) is celery and a little broccoli I keep at work )
lunch-chicken on the George Foreman Grill with salt and pepper only and celery
dinner- 2 fried eggs and 2 sausage patties
snack- cream cheese and celery maybe a cheese stick later as well
lots and lots of water
I am trying to cut down on my diet sodas!! Hardest thing ever!! Had 1 1/2 cans today. Gonna finish the rest of the other one at lunch time and then water throughout the day and with dinner!! :)
Wish me luck!! I usually have about 6 a day!! I know it's a lot and probably slowing my weight loss down too!! :(
I am back after a week off plan.
L: leftover london broil sauteed with brussels (although egg salad on romaine sounds good too)
D: LS enchilada bake, salad
Sunday Diner in the South:
Grilled Pork Chops with a little low carb gravy
Green Beans &
B: 3 egg yolks, coffee w/ hwc
L: roasted chicken wings, brussel sprouts
D: taco salad w/o shell
S: avocado, cinnamon almonds
Brunch: 3 fried eggs, 2 chorizo links
Snack: (I've been doing my cooking prep for the week, so I've been grazing as I cooked) 1 slice of bacon, a spoonful of caprese salad, piece of sugar free candy, a spoonful of egg salad, a bite of cream cheese, a swig of HWC, a fresh pecan and a diet coke.
Dinner: After all that - I'm not sure I'll be eating anything. But I'm preparing pork roast and squash mash for the family - so I might eat some of that.

My Sunday is just about over...
B- 3 slices of bacon, mushrooms sautéed in butter, coffee with cream
L- late breakfast so wasn't really hungry for a meal so I just had another coffee with cream
D- chicken, cheddar and salad with guacamole and sour cream, it was delicious!
S- clotted cream
Slow-roasted, crispy pork shoulder. 8) I didn't even make any sides. Totally shameful in every way, but some days, a girl just wants to eat a metric ton of MEAT.
I promise, I eat enough spinach, cabbage, and green beans on any given day to normally make any momma proud. But today? Today was the porkocalypse.
B: coffee with HWC, 2 deviled eggs
L: nothing, wasn't hungry
S: SF jello cheesecake
D: portabello mushroom pizza with sausage, Canadian bacon, salami, onions, green peppers and mozzarella (yummy! Plan to make this a regular thing!)

We went out for lunch, which was lovely - didn't eat anything before we went, so I was hungry!

Pizza crust of 2 eggs and some (75g?) ground almonds (between 2)
40g brazil nuts
