Still, a wing buffet sounds amazing. And no breading! My fiancé literally works a minute away from it, and he's totally dead-set on giving it a go one day. But who wants to eat at a wing buffet solo on their lunch break? Maybe I'll go on a day off someday.

I don't know where you are in Nashville, but have you tried the smoked wings at Neighbors (off of West End)? They are the best smoked wings in the city.
