Down 40lbs in 5 months!!!
I'm so excited that I have to tell someone. I just weighed myself and I've officially lost 40lbs!

It's taken me 23 weeks of up and down progress, of talking myself down from saying screw it and eating carby crap, of occasionally giving in to carby crap and the ensuing post-carb hangover, of fundamentally changing the way I look at food and nutrition, of realizing that everything I was taught about food is basically ass backward and of course, having the support and commiseration of you lovely people here.

My sincere thanks and endless gratitude to everyone here. I truly believe I wouldn't have come this far without LCF. I still have a long way to go but it doesn't feel so daunting anymore. Thank you!!!

Wow that's amazing! I am new to this forum but not new to the program. I have done SB in the past and I'm back on again! My goal is to lose 50 lbs total by the fall, but at least 30 by the summer. Big goal as it took me 9 months in the past years to lose 38/40 so I will really need to step things up!! Great job Mrs. S ... you should be PROUD!!!
