30 minutes on Bowflex
30 minutes high-intensity cardio on bike (hill workout) I find that exercise with Low-Carb works the best for me as long as I keep the water consumption up. I can even go higher in carbs and still lose which is perfect for my lifestyle I encourage everyone to add some sort of workout daily...even if only walking up the stairs a few times. ![]() |

Oh!! I did body combat the otehr night for the first time - I liked it! I did body step last night (I LOVE that class) so tonight I am sticking with low cardio.
I am thinking some lunges, pushups, squats, calf raises etc. One of my bucket list items is to be able to do 25 pushups without stopping using good form. I probably can;t even do one good one right now. But I am really going to work on it! |

Looking good, RDBhan!
We did Cardio X this morning. It was the first time we had ever done that particular workout. I liked it. Not too hard, not too easy. Just right. LOL ![]() wannalose, awesome goal! |
