Chicken Broth Question
Why are there carbs in Chicken broth?
Even high quality broth at TJ's has 1 carb per serving. I get it boullioun, because of processing, but boxed / canned broth? Thanks |

I've noticed a lot of them have sugar of some sort in them as well.

Yes, most of them have added sugar, which really irritates me. I prefer to make my own broth, but sometimes I need to buy it.
