Weight Loss Goals for the Week of 01/21/2013 - 01/27/2013
Okay you know what to do. Post them goals homies!!!! I had such a great loss last week (12.6 lbs
) so I am knowing this should and will slow down, so this week's goal for moi is 4 lbs. Oh and I am going to do an additional week of induction, so instead of moving on next Sunday (01/27/2013) I will be going thru 02/03/2013. I believe I have a ton of water weight so I want to make sure to eliminate all of it prior to phase 2!Last edited by LowCarbPanda86; 01-20-2013 at 08:12 AM.. |

I'm at 168.0 and hope to drop 2lbs. I got some sugar free candies a couple of days ago and I don't think that was a good idea. I'm going to give most of them away today.

At this point I am hoping to lose something, anything! 4 days into induction, hit ketosis on day 2, so far 0.0 pounds lost. Frustrating! So, my goal is to keep OP and see the scale go down.

I am going to try to wait to weigh in till next Sunday vs. everyday.
I get discouraged if I don't see a loss and that makes it hard to stay true. This morning's wght: 194 aiming for under 190 next Sunday. |

My goal (again) this week is 2 lbs. 1'm at 168.5 so 166.5 or less would be great!!!!!

I'm experimenting with the 5:2 IF plan and thought I'd actually gain a bit this week, but I'm down 1.5lbs
