It's SUNDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
 
Afternoon! I went out in the end and I didn't touch a drop of alcohol, go me haha!

Breakfast: Two rashers of bacon, two fried eggs and a coffee with double cream and dulce de leche da vinci.

Lunch: Tuna mayo with lettuce, onion and gherkin.

Dinner: Spicy chicken with lettuce, grated cheddar, soured cream and guacamole.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

Good morning all!!!

Walking PJ this morning I felt as though I was in the Dr. Zhivago movie. IT IS FRIGID.

B: eggs/bacon crumbles
L: last (finally) of the roasted chix thighs.
D: bed of lettuce about 2C, 1/8 C chopped tomato, 1/8 C cuke and lots of buttery garlicy salad shrimp poured over. (This was so delicious last evening I can't wait to repeat)

I did poorly with drinking water yesterday.....trying again today.

Good morning! :hiya: Winter has returned here with brutally cold temps.. I am hoping to stay inside as much as possible over the coming week! My doggies may have to learn how to use the treadmill!!:p

coffee/hwc x 2 and vco
egg and bacon
leftover sesame pork salad (thank you Limetwist for the inspiration)

TOTALS: 7g net carbs 89g fat 49g protein

:DGetting ready to make Belgium waffles for brunch.
Tuna steak w/roast cauliflower & broccoli for dinner
and leftover Blackberry cheesecake for dessert (if anyone
is interested in making the cheesecake I left the recipe on
Saturday's "what are you eating today" It is deliciously
simple and"FAILPROOF"
P.S. I also went out last night, had 2 vodka & soda's w/squeeze of lime
ate my dessert when we got home, got up this AM & STILL lost 1 lb.

Hard boiled egg, turkey sausage links (3), slice muenster cheese, coffee with cream and truvia.

Turkey & Cheese roll ups with mayo

Shrimp Marinara, dinner salad of romaine, asiago, tomatoes, bacon with vinegar dressing (homemade)

Glass or 2 of wine (white)
pepperoni & cheese (tray)

Have friends coming over tonight....

I made it through dinner at Red Lobster last night without a single cheddar biscuit! Yay me!!

Trying to lower daily amounts of calories and carbs due to weight loss stall last two weeks.

Breakfast: 4 slices of bacon, coffee w/HWC
Lunch: mashed cauliflower w/HWC and shredded cheddar
Dinner: grilled chicken breast with cucumber slices
Snacks: celery sticks with cream cheese, few pork rinds

Fed up, because we were supposed to be going out for Sunday lunch, but there was too much snow...

Not complaining about the food, 'cos I enjoyed what I cooked, but it would have been nice to get out for a while. Oh well, there's always next week!

Chicken breast stuffed with garlic butter and Jarlsberg, wrapped in bacon
Broccoli
Mushroom, cream and Parmesan sauce

dinner: same as for lunch
snacks: 1 cheese stick, water enhancer/energy clover valley, bottled water
and ice cubes

total carbs counted for the day: about 15

goals for the day:

trying to drink as much water as possible
trying to stay around 1500 to 2000 calories today
trying to count all the things that say 0 carbs in them as 1 incase they have any

B- l/c granola with almond milk and a few raisins, coffee with cream
L- swiss steak and leek and cauliflower soup
D- can of tuna with a tbs mayo and a handful of diced tomatoes

Slept in today - :up:

Brunch: 2 fried eggs topped with KerryGold, 4 slices of bacon, 1/2 avocado
Dinner: Ham steak and turnip greens with bacon
Snack: 2 cream cheese muffins.
