I am so hungry today
I just added up everything I ate. It came to 3500 calories
but I had 146 grams of protein and only 5 grams of carbs. Granted before low carbing I probably ate that many calories a day and got hundreds of carbs and very little protein but still actually seeing 3500 made my eyes pop out. |

wow 3500 is high. but like you said you did stick to LC food so the results are not the same as if you ate 3500 high carb junk calories.
I know. I have high days also that blow my mind. I absolutely hate the HUNGRY DAYS. I love the days I am in the ZONE and working LC easily. |

How long have you been doing very low carb? It takes a few days for the appetite to go down. For some people eating a lot of protein can also be problematic, but if you haven't been LC for very long, you're probably just in the adjustment period. The body is craving carbs and wants you to eat them. That is carb addiction at work for sure.
