Too Much Energy!!!
Ok so now that I am more ketoadapted, I feel like I'm always bursting with energy. I had a light workout day today and I went xc skiing really slowly (I am terrible at it, just got new skis, I'm really scared actually!). I went for 30 min in the morning. Then 2 hours after work. Then 30 min when I came home. I should be tired. But no, it's 12:30am and I can't stop bouncing off the walls!!! I blame the ketones, keeping my brain awake!!! I also did a ton of work from 7-11pm, writing.
I'm not really complaining :)
