Today it begins!
I'm realizing that I am a total sugar/carb addict and need to give up those foods forever. I had been fooling myself thinking I could eat them and also keep my weight down. Not happening.
Today is the beginning of my low-carb life forever! Need to get these 10 lbs. off by the spring! |

So am I Tammara! I was doing so great till I had surgery and couldn't cook for myself so I ate whatever my wonderful DH made me. Course that brought back all those cravings. You Can do it!!

We can do this.
Let's just agree to post daily and stay tuned in to this clarity of mind today. Sometimes I get so carried away I forget to just trust and stick to what works for me. There is just no way I can control myself around carbs. |

I just started yesterday! What I've realized is that I can indeed lose weight on other plans but I'm just constantly thinking about food, never feeling satisfied and thinking too much about ways to cheat. Low-carb takes a bit more effort, especially in the beginning, in the sense of having to have the right foods at home and grocery shopping more frequently but it's so worth it. Good luck to everyone
