How much water?
How much water do you drink a day? And will drinking more cause you to lose weight?

6-8 glasses a day. More in the Summer.

I have never been a big fan of "plain" water. I was a diet soda aholic :D However, here lately, I have been trying to just fill up my water bottle whenever it is empty. I end up filling it up SEVERAL times a day. I am one of those who always has to have something to drink. LOL

I drink about 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day, and three large cups of green tea and a bulletproof coffee. Nothing else. Works for me.
I only drink when I feel thirsty or hungry. Training yourself to know when you need to drink takes a while, and everyone is different.

As a general rule, I would try and aim for 8 large glasses a day of plain water or non sweetened, non caffinated fluids.
