B - egg with 1/2 slice 2% am cheese and peppers and bacon
L - lettuce/tomato salad with Kens BC dressing 2T/shrimp and bacon
D - I have a huge piece of sirloin I'm going to sear and brocoli
Sn - I do have an atkins bar I cut into pieces for that urge. And I have fresh strawberries.
Hope that's ok for Day 1 back on. I know there are lower carb options but I'm trying not to waste what's in the fridge :/

Dinner: Either grilled chicken with sauteed onions or hamburger meat with the onions
snack: unsure maybe 1 diet t. Dew and some cheese or cream cheese
Total carbs for the day is: about 20
L: ham salad (a repeat of yesterday's lunch)
D: Husband is back in town and I want to go out for dinner! Blackened chicken salad with ranch

L - almonds and some chicken salad (chicken, mayo, mustard, celery, bacon bits, shredded cheddar)
D - broiled salmon with Dijon herb sauce and a badass salad made with butter lettuce, tomato, sprouts, bacon bits, crushed walnuts, feta cheese and a homemade creamy avocado dressing. Sooo delicious!
