Moon Pops
I just found something new at Kroger called "Moon Pops". They are a puffed snack the size of a small tortilla, kind of like a flat rice cake. I though it would be great as a substitute for chips or crackers with dips. They have cinnamon, regular and multigrain. They are 16 calories, 4 carbs, 1 fiber and 1 protein. They do have stevia as a sweetener but it must be so slight as my BF who hates all non-sugar sweeteners said they were good. The cinnamon is very light in flavor. I will be using the regular ones for guacamole and hummus. I would imagine they would get soggy if you tried to use them as a pizza base. But a good find all in all if you want something light and crunchy. They are super fragile so I imagine they are only made in the store. The machine pops them out like frisbees into a bin.

Glad to hear Kroger is carrying "Moon Pops". Must be similar to Magic Pops which are available here only on line....thanks for the post...
