It's TUESDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Morning all.
Breakfast: Two rashers of bacon and two fried eggs. Lunch: Lettuce, cucumber and red onion with grated cheddar and a little mayo. Dinner: King prawns stir fried in garlic butter with courgettes, peppers and onions. Snacks: Peperami, babybel. Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca. |

Have a neurologist appt this morning so I won't be eating anything "real" until noon.
B: Coffee w/H&H L: 3 HB eggs & an avocado mashed w/3 TBSP salsa S: few oz pepperoni & .75 cheddar cheese D: ??? food still sounds gross to me As always lots of black coffee, unsweet tea, and water. I had a monster migraine for the past 2 days and haven't eaten much. I wonder what I'll weigh at the doc's office today. Been on the straight and narrow LC for 1.5 weeks now so there should be a loss. :sing: |

Cathy - OMG the avi :heart: Today's plan: B: Caramel Cafe Atkins Shake L: Mashed Cauli and green beans (I have prosciutto chicken too but as of right now am not feeling it so we'll see on that) D: Pioneer Woman's Pork Chops in Garlic and Wine Sauce, Sauteed Brussels Sprouts, Salad LOTS and LOTS of water. |
Cryssi - I think lots of us in the UK (which is where I am at the moment) just use mayo as a dressing :) Not sure what else I'd do with it, tbh!

It was a good appointment, neurologist is very happy with my not eating sugar and starch, says my migraines will lessen on LC, and I had a 9 pound weight loss. :D |

Snack: String Cheese Dinner: Steak, Chicken & Carnita Tacos without the tortillas + all toppings. No eating after 8pm and I will be drinking at least 100oz of water before bed. |
I had one of my first victories today. Yesterday I dug out a size smaller pair of jeans I haven't worn in years, threw them in the wash, figured I couldn't wear them for a month or more. Put them on this morning and they fit :jumpjoy: The bigger jeans are going to Goodwill. Not going back to wear them ever again
L: Ham salad (chopped up some ham, mixed with chopped celery and mayo). It was so good! D: Cabbage and sausage soup Green tea and water throughout the day |

Breakfast- Slice of l/c toast with peanut butter, coffee with cream and splenda
Lunch- L/C Pizza (coconut flour crust) Dinner- Stir fry with snow peas, peppers, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and beef strips Snack- Fruit ice cream (made with my yonanas machine) Not really low carb but all natural and I do allow fruit in my WOE so it was a nice treat. |

L - 1 baked chicken thigh, a little roasted cauliflower and a little asian cabbage slaw D - 3 strips bacon and 2 fried eggs with about 2 tablespoons cream cheese on top |
