Amazing 11-Day Change
It's been 11 days since I recommitted to taking care of myself, and following a low-carb lifestyle.
So, the biggest thing I've "gone without" is a little drink I enjoy - cranberry juice, a splash of orange juice, and ginger ale. I was just craving it, and instead opted for some sugar-free cranberry juice with a bit of seltzer. I am amazed at how good it tastes! Less than 2 weeks off of sugar and my taste buds have already changed. Oh, and I've lost 5 lbs. too! |
