It's MONDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Morning all.

Breakfast: Two fried eggs, two rashers of bacon and a coffee with double cream and dulce de leche da vinci.

Lunch: Tuna mayo with lettuce, red onion and gherkin.

Dinner: Cod fillet with lemon and parsley butter served with green beans. Followed by coconut da vinci whipped up with a little double cream.

Snacks: Peperami, babybel.

I must say, I'm getting a little fed up with being censored when giving or asking for advice. :(

2 pints black coffee, no sweeteners

3 fried duck eggs
3 rashers smoked bacon

Hmm..not sure - could have leftover steak and kidney, or leftover prawn creole, but am more likely to go for either moussaka or aubergine parmigiana with some lettuce on the side.

From what i've heard a few people are being censored! :(
Breakfast- 3 coffees w/ hwc. 2 large eggs scrambled with 4 slices bacon. Water!
Lunch- 5 Hot wings. Water
Supper- Tilipa in butter w/ garlic. Water
trying to see if mainly Meat and fat will help start weight loss for me again. I'm Yo-Yoing Again this month and i'm So sick of it!!

bacon, spinach quiche
ground beef/shirataki noodle stir fry

TOTALS: 10g net carbs 77g fat 47g protein

Today is a "fasting" day. Trying to get back on the wagon...being stalled for 5 months has really messed with my motivation. I still have 50 pounds to lose and would like to get rid of as much as I can before my b-day (August 1st).

B: Coffee w/HH (100)
L: Water, SF Powerade, Chicken Bouillon
D: 4oz Chicken Breast, 2 Laughing Cow Wedges, 12oz Cooked Cabbage (340)

L: organic greens with a few different tomatoes on top, cuke and whole avocado with homemade vinaigrette dressing

D: Roast beast - cooked in crock pot with beef stock, onion, carrot and mushrooms, steamed green beans with butter and a little creamed cauli

D Fried Chicken Breasts in Pork rinds for breading,fried in crisco,Cold green Bean salad w seasonings,onions,celery,and cheese,mayo dressing,bacon bits,Cauliflower in cheese sauce. sf tea,drink gallon+ water daily
S 2T natural PB w butter and 2 oz cream cheese,blended to make PB balls

cheese stick, chicken with pasta sauce ( 5 carbs ) - lunch
2 slices of bacon - snack
1/2 pound hamburger meat and 3 slices of bacon and a little mustard on the side

3 diet sodas and a bottle of water
definitely need to drink ALOT MORE WATER!! LOL....

toal carbs for the day = 7 :heart:
