It's MONDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Breakfast: Two fried eggs, two rashers of bacon and a coffee with double cream and dulce de leche da vinci.
Lunch: Tuna mayo with lettuce, red onion and gherkin.
Dinner: Cod fillet with lemon and parsley butter served with green beans. Followed by coconut da vinci whipped up with a little double cream.
Snacks: Peperami, babybel.
I must say, I'm getting a little fed up with being censored when giving or asking for advice. :(

3 rashers smoked bacon
Hmm..not sure - could have leftover steak and kidney, or leftover prawn creole, but am more likely to go for either moussaka or aubergine parmigiana with some lettuce on the side.
From what i've heard a few people are being censored! :(

Lunch- 5 Hot wings. Water
Supper- Tilipa in butter w/ garlic. Water
trying to see if mainly Meat and fat will help start weight loss for me again. I'm Yo-Yoing Again this month and i'm So sick of it!!

Today is a "fasting" day. Trying to get back on the wagon...being stalled for 5 months has really messed with my motivation. I still have 50 pounds to lose and would like to get rid of as much as I can before my b-day (August 1st).

L: Water, SF Powerade, Chicken Bouillon
D: 4oz Chicken Breast, 2 Laughing Cow Wedges, 12oz Cooked Cabbage (340)
B: 2 eggs, 2 bacon, coffee with CO and coconut creamer
L: organic greens with a few different tomatoes on top, cuke and whole avocado with homemade vinaigrette dressing
D: Roast beast - cooked in crock pot with beef stock, onion, carrot and mushrooms, steamed green beans with butter and a little creamed cauli
B: Bacon and Egg Cups
L: Leftover prosciutto wrapped cream cheese chicken, mashed cauli, green beans
D: Linda Sue's White Castle Pie and salad
B: Spinach and mushroom quiche
L: shiritaki noodles with homemade LC alfredo sauce.
D: Taco soup
S: almonds and dark chocolate
Oh and LOTS of water!

1/2 pound hamburger meat and 3 slices of bacon and a little mustard on the side
3 diet sodas and a bottle of water
definitely need to drink ALOT MORE WATER!! LOL....
