pretty darn cool!!! it tracks things, not as good as some but pretty decent, recipes, uses ur location to tell you what restaurants are around you and when you chose a place, gives you the menu and carbs that go with that meal.....NICE highly highly highly reccomend...easy for non techy people too! and it syncs with the Atkins website for tracking purposes!!! HOLLA

both i have an iphone but my friend has a droid....so i guess it's great for both and it was free at least on my iphone

I downloaded it weeks ago but, when I put in Wendy's, McDonald's, or Applebees it cant help me - so I thought it pretty much worthless
Was I doing it wrong

Does it give nutritional information (protein/fat/carbs/fiber in addition to calories) by meal or just the totals for the day?

I need info for both individual meals and the daily totals. I have been looking for an app that gives that info but so far none seem to have it.

Just started to use it and it's pretty cool. I have two questions though.

What exactly do I put for Unit Name? This is when I'm adding a custom food.

The second question is about how many carbs do you guys recommend I put for a salad. I basically use Romaine lettuce, some bacon bits and shredded mild cheddar cheese, the wal mart brand. I use Paul Newman Italian which is about 1gram of carb. I usually use 2 tablespoons.

I usually eat a mild size salad so just curious about how many carbs max you think I might be taking in so i can record it properly.
