Another ketosis question
I'm on my last day of induction. I was in ketosis on day 3 for sure, the acetone urine and breath was STRONG. It has since diminished to the point I can't detect it anymore. I drink lots of water and my own homemade electrolyte drink. I do eat 20-25g of carbs per day. 15-20g makes me feel too ill. I also started exercising again a few days ago. It has been in the last few days that I've noticed the smell go away. It happens to be TOM too.
Is that pretty typical for the obvious signs to diminish? |

the acetone in your urine will diminish over time even though you are still in ketosis. The only accurate way to measure ketosis after the first few weeks is via blood tests.
