It's SUNDAY! What Are You Eating Today?

Morning all. Right, back to induction for me for two solid weeks.

Breakfast: Two eggs scrambled in butter with 50g smoked trout - delicious!

Lunch: Prawns with mayo, lemon juice and paprika, lettuce, cucumber, spring onion and avocado.

Dinner: Chicken mini fillets with mushrooms in a parmesan cream sauce served with buttered asparagus.

Snacks: Peperami, babybel if needed. Might be meeting some friends for a coffee later - if so, I will have a black iced coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup in Starbucks.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

L- jalapeno poppers
D- 6 oz parm crusted chicken cooked in 1 T EVOO, 2 cups steamed broccoli w/ 1 T butter and 2 oz cheddar on top
sn- coffee w/ 2 T cream and 4 splenda

= 1,061 calories, 17 total carbs, 11 net

+2-3 liters water!

It's only 3:30pm here so I haven't made it yet. I am going to the gym in a few and will make it as soon as I get back.

I have chicken tenders instead of breasts since they were on sale so I am going to put the cream cheese on top of a tender then wrap in the prosciutto and bake that way.

I will report back, with pics, as soon as we eat tonight.

2:00 Lunch: chicken enchilada in a bowl

6:00 Dinner: Parm crusted pork chop (very large chop)
