Albertsons Chicken Wing Bar
Does anyone know where to find the carb count on the different wings Albertsons has on their Wing Bar? I have googled to no avail. I love the salt and vinegar wings but don't want to add them to my menu without knowing the carb count.

Try to get the wait staff to tell you, if the information isn't online. Say that you have serious food allergies and need to know whether there is corn or wheat-based batter on the wings. The restaurant is not going to want a law suit from your eating something that makes you sick, and even if they get everything preprepared and frozen, to be re-fried later (which is true for most chain restaurants), the ingredients should be on the packages that the food comes in.

Call the deli manager of your store. If they do not have it ask them to get the nutrition info for you and call you with it or have it printed for you to pick up.

I went to Cheesecake factory and wanted to order wings. I asked the waiter if they were breaded or not, and made a point out of telling him that I'm pregnant and diabetic and can't have any breading. He went and asked the cooks, they came back and said they aren't "breaded" but they do add some flour to the sauce, but they could leave it out for me! I was very happy they were so accommadating and it also reminded me that even places with unbreaded wings, might still have flour on them. ![]()
