Thank you to whoever recommended probiotics!
A while ago someone yet again here asked for help with constipation that can sometimes come with the LC territory. And yet again a few people recommended probiotics.
I started taking them because I was on a 10 week course of antibiotics and my doc recommended them. However, I kept taking them after the antibiotics were done because I tend to be a bit constipated when LCing. I finally tried the advice so many have offered here at LCF.THANK YOU to you, those of you who recommended probiotics for tummy troubles! My tummy and intestines have never, ever felt better! I have such bad IBS when I eat gluten...and sometimes LC can make me have a tummy issue...so a normal tummy is something I really celebrate!

Probiotics saved my gut after I had to take a round of antibiotics a few years ago. I've slacked off on taking them now, but for me just eating LC helps my digestion tremendously.
I'm glad probiotics are working for you! |

I give them to one of my dogs, he has colitis and they help him quite a bit. They make probiotics just for cats and dogs.
