S: .75 cheddar cheese and 2 thin slices of ham
L: probably the insides of a McD's cheeseburger and an unsweet tea. I forgot my tuna salad at home. :cry:

D: steamed broccoli and shrimp. We're getting take out tonight.
It is very rainy today and my fibromyalgia is misbehaving. I hurt everywhere and am sooo craving carbs. Boo.

D: probably more shrimp...it was a hit last night and the boys asked for it again :laugh:
My challenge today will be lunch. I am going out with a couple of girlfriends and they chose Mexican. I am still deciding between steak/chicken combo fajitas or Camarones Monterey (shrimp wrapped in bacon, baked in butter then served on a bed of sauteed onions and topped with Monterey cheese). Since I had shrimp last night and probably again tonight I am leaning towards the fajitas. Whichever I pick, I have already decided that I will request from the get go NO rice or beans (sub a salad if they'll let me) and NO tortillas. That will keep the temptation away from me there. The chips and salsa will just be kept near the other two girls away from my reach.
B-2 cups of coffee, 1/2 & 1/2, splenda, almonds
L-avocado w. chicken salad
D-buffalo wings w. ranch dressing, diet root beer
snack; cheese, soppressata
Evening all. :)
Breakfast: Atkins dark chocolate shake.
Lunch: A few slices of ham, grated cheddar, lettuce, cucumber, red onion and mayo.
Dinner: Chicke breast stuffed with Philadelphia cream cheese wrapped in prosciutto served with broccoli.
Snacks: Peperami, gouda babybel if needed.
Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

B - 1 hard boiled egg, .75oz swiss w/2oz ham
L - ended up out, so salad bar and cottage cheese
D - will probably eat what I brought for lunch - roast chicken, bacon and cheddar salad with ranch dressing. Most likely will add 1/2 avocado.
My two favorite meals:
Eggs and bacon
Big Salad with evoo/fresh lemon for dressing with a chunk of Feta cheese.
B-Egg whites with Chorizo

L- not sure what i'm going to get (really need to go to the market)

I had to fast for breakfast thanks to a medical test, but lunch was at a steakhouse. Wedge salad, rare prime rib, and green beans with bacon? Oh yes!

B- 2 eggs, scrambled and with cream cheese, mushrooms fried in coconut oil, coffee with cream
L - stilton and brussels pate with salad
D- chicken breast with cauliflower and a lovely big blob of butter :)
B: 2 eggs over easy w/ turkey bacon, black coffee
L: tuna and broccoli salad and a few almonds
D: 2 kale and beef burger patties topped with pesto and tomato slices
B-Slice of low carb toast with peanut butter, coffee with splenda and cream
L- Trail Mix
D- Large omelet with green pepper, onion, ham, and cheddar, coffee
EGGS... LOTS AND LOTS OF EGGS!! LOL...
I had 4 for breakfast with 3 slices of bacon
2 more for dinner and going to make a couple more
then for lunch I had a low carb tortilla... half of it with some nuts and bacon

6:00 Dinner: Salad w/ Ranch dressing and 2 pork chops (baked with mayo & parm cheese.

No walking today b/c I have a head cold :sad:

Dinner: we went to Moe's and I had a salad with pork, pico de gallo, cheese and guacamole

D- 3 oz chicken breast, 1 cup cauliflower, 2 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp coconut oil, franks red hot
S- peanut butter/chocolate fat bomb
lots of water, decaf coffee and tea during the day.
On the road today (went to Seattle after lunch)
L: chicken taco salad with Santa Fe dressing; ice tea
D: green salad with house dressing (roquefort/Italian dressing mix...quite tasty!), pork tenderloin with wild mushrooms (I should have asked how it was done before I ordered it because it was quite sweet :dunno: ), a little broccoli
I didn't get in nearly enough water today
