D: shrimp we didn't have yesterday
Lots and lots of water to try and flush this migraine out.
B: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 nitrate free bacon, coffee with CO and coconut creamer
L: chicken cobb salad (no blue cheese) with homemade vinaigrette dressing
D: not sure - maybe grassfed burger and leftover veggies

dinner - not sure yet. some kind of meat and veggies. May do salami, cheese, and broccoli, or, if i have a really big salad for lunch, just salami and cheese.
I've maintained the last 2 days so am hoping to really hunker down for a loss. I cant go to the gym today but will go tomorrow and sat.

D- L/O Roast Beef and cauliflower dipped in a mayo/horseradish sauce

Lunch cheese low carb tortilla and diet rootbeer
Dinner hamburger meat and onion
Total carbs is 10-15
So glad this week is almost over! The first full week back after the holidays is always a killer...
B - 1 hard boiled egg, .75oz swiss with 2oz low sodium ham
L - leftover homemade meatballs with marinara over spaghetti squash and grated parm
S - 1 hard boiled egg, .75oz cheddar (if needed)
D - leftover night -- probably chicken and broccoli with red thai peanut cilantro curry sauce (from kalyn). That was a mouthful!
S - chocolate hazelnut tea with 1T HWC (this is becoming a nice "dessert" at night)
breakfast-1 oz sausage, 1.5 oz cheese(I was in a hurry)
lunch-chicken and squash casserole that I baked last night( the BOMB!)

D-I made a roast last night but I probably won't eat any of it. I may just have salad. Bf will have roast and salad.

10am Snack: Sausage, egg and cheese "muffin"
2pm Snack: pepper jack cheese and 10 pepperonis
6pm Dinner: Salad w/Ranch and Roast

Wow, that was weird. I just realized it was 12:30 and I hadn't eaten yet and wasn't really hungry
L: romaine with chopped leftover pork chop from last night and ranch dressing; green tea
D: DH will be back in town and I think I want to go out. All meat prime rib chili topped with cheddar is calling my name ;)

D- maybe some hot wings!
Bk: BP with half andhalf, cheese and pepperoni, more black coffee with cream
lunch: 2oz turkey breast smeared with mayo
big salad, tuna, cheese and olives
dinner: 1 whole avocado made into a protein choco pudding and limetwist protein cookie
Way TOO many carbs today!
B: LC Bread Grilled Cheese w/Roast Beef and a Venti SFV Americano w/Steamed HH
D: Philly Cheese Steak Egg Rolls w/Cheese Sauce, Red Velvet Cake w/Cream Cheese Frosting and Cocktail Dogs Wrapped in Crescent Roll Dough.
B- 2 eggs, 1 tbsp co, 1 tbsp cream, 1 hot italian sausage
L- pork chop, 1 cup broccoli, 2 tbsp sour cream
D- 3 oz chicken breast, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/3 cup onion, 2 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp frank's red hot... creamy spicy stirfry!
S- 1/2 flax muffin with 1 tbsp peanut butter
Coffee, water and tea throughout the day.
