Good morning all! I didn't see the thread so starting one ...

coffee/hwc x 2 and vco
bacon and eggs
Italian sausage soup and a buttered l/c roll

TOTALS: 14g net carbs 81g fat 43g protein

Today's food is pretty weird and random, but I needed to get out the door and grab easy stuff for work.

B: 3 slices bacon & .75 oz cheddar cheese stick & HB egg
L: 5 oz pepperoni & .75 oz cheddar cheese stick & an avocado w/salsa
S: 3 slices of cold ham & .75 cheddar cheese
D: leftover chicken breast w/avocado and sour cream

My legs are visibly retaining less water. LC is working cuz I have ankles today! LOL

It's a rainy, nasty Wednesday here. Perfect day in the office though! I always enjoy working on the rainy days. We have an office with a ton of skylights, so it really makes it sets the mood. Relaxing.

Had me a cup of dark roast coffee with a Mini Moo.

Lunch lunch lunch. It's tuna time. Can of chunk light tuna, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, glug of Red Boat Fish Sauce, cracked black pepper. Served in about ~70g worth of collard greens, wrap-style.

Dinner is an experiment with the pressure cooker. 1 lb of chicken breast, 1 lb of cabbage, tossing in a tablespoon of butter, some salt, pepper, and Herbes de Provence. Add water, a cube of pork stock, and let it go! I have NO idea how it'll turn out, but according to my pressure cooker's manual, it will take a whopping 4 minutes to cook both the chicken and the cabbage. I'm excited to try. Also having a serving of spinach, ~85g. Oh, and I'm not eating the entire pound of chicken and cabbage. HAH! That is for me and Mr. Limetwist both.

For post-workout, I will be having protein cookies and protein icing. 2 scoops vanilla whey protein, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp coconut oil, and water to mix to the right consistency. Microwaved on parchment paper, and reserving some of the batter to serve as my "icing." Mmmyummo. I crave protein over cake/carbs any day of the week after introducing these into my diet.

Will also consume water and green tea en masse.

~1350 calories, 17g net carbs, 152 g protein (!), and 72 g fat.

Day 2 of fasting for my colonoscopy... appt is at 2:20. Argh.

B- Coffee, broth
L- Jello
D- greek yogurt and walnuts
Or- whipped cream with cocoa and splenda
Or- bacon, and lots of it!

Depends how I feel after the procedure, how dopey I am, and whatnot. I'm just going to load up on easy fat and probably go to bed really early lol.

I changed my lunch.

My appointment took less time then anticipated so I stopped at Subway and grabbed a double chicken chopped salad with lettuce, chicken, cheese, bell peppers, olives, tomato, cucumber, onion and some avocado. The 'dressing' is oil, vinegar and a little mayo.

Hi everyone, I'm about to go to sleep but here's what I had today.

Brekky: Two fried eggs, two rashers of bacon and a coffee with double cream and dulce de leche da vinci.

Lunch: Cold cuts of duck in five spice and soy sauce with lettuce, red pepper and spring onions.

Dinner: Cajun chicken wings with loaded cauliflower and soured cream.

Sncaks: A few pistachios, peperami if needed.

Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca.

Hi Everyone

The day went fast but got my food in and stayed OP

BK: 2 eggs with bacon, bp coffee with butter, 1 tsp borage oil
Lunch: coffee, sf vanilla syrup (1pump), leftover thai beef
snack: 3 pieces of sf gum
dinner: fresh oven roasted (12hours at 225F) pork roast that was rubbed in Jamaican Jerk sauce, cabbage and salade with olive oil and lemon juice, small piece of cheese and tea
