i'm craving and hunger free anywhere between 40 and 100 g net per day.
i have better focus, cognition, energy and mood stability at the low end. i feel amazing at 40 g net, so i've never felt motivated to try going lower. i might, however, out of curiosity one day, if i hang around with LC friends long enough. |

I am low, low, low carb. I'd estimate approximately 10-15 but that may be an overestimation.

I'm back after too much time away from this WOL. Once thru induction, I add berries and nuts and nut butter. I also eat yo cheese daily. I have no idea where this puts me in terms of carbs but I would guess under 40.

I just started induction. Will be keeping it under 20 grams a day and clean. Yesterday I actually only ate 9 carbs, but 2800 calories :O

I am working on my food tracker and seeing where I could shave off some carbs. One place is eat a bit more raw veggies in place of some cooked veggies: that woul bring ny carb count down to a net 60 but it increase my fibers to 35. It's not all bad!
