It's SATURDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Afternoon all.
Breakfast: Two boiled eggs, two rashers of bacon and a coffee with double cream and dulce de leche da vinci. Lunch: Prawns with mayo, lemon juice and paprika, lettuce, cucumber and spring onion. Dinner: Chicken mini fillets and mushrooms in a parmesan cream sauce with tender stem broccoli. Snacks: Peperami, babybel if needed. Plus at least two litres of water and a berocca. |

Not sure what dinner will be, but we are going shopping in a larger town nearby. So for lunch, I think I will unhinge my jaw on a big ole steak at the Roadhouse.

So far, coffee with HWC and an entire can of black olives. (11 carbs!!
)Not sure about the rest of the day, but I started (well, REstarted) January 1st, and as of this morning, am down 4.2 pounds. Need to go change my stats...they are really old. Edited to add: OK, stats are fixed. Highest ever (non-pregnant) was 187. Last edited by srsmom; 01-05-2013 at 06:48 AM.. |

Um, okay let's see:
B coffee, hwc, almond pancake with butter (saturday special with DS) L: roll deli meat with pickle and something to dip it in...maybe make a modified california roll (ham on outside, with slices of cucumber, avocado, and crab on inside. YUM!) I call this a Tami roll mostly because I am Tami and Tami likes them. LOL. D: we are eating mexican so prolly fajitas hold the rice, tortilla, and beans, extra guac. I think. Or taco salad. I might smuggle in my own lc tortilla. |

Finally finished off the giant pack of sliced pork loin that I bought at Publix last week!
Lunch was Five Spice pork loin chops, with a HUGE salad made of collard greens, spinach, and sliced marinated English cucumbers, dressed in sour cream and horseradish. Sounds weird, but it was good. ![]() Ugly pork on a naked plate. Oops...but I needed more space for my... ![]() GIANT SALAD OF DOOM! It was too giant so it had to go in a bowl. Dinner was, once again, more of those pork loin cutlets with spinach. Having a fat bomb (2 tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder) and some almond butter right now. 1342 calories, 10 g net carbs
