Not sure what dinner will be, but we are going shopping in a larger town nearby. So for lunch, I think I will unhinge my jaw on a big ole steak at the Roadhouse.

Not sure about the rest of the day, but I started (well, REstarted) January 1st, and as of this morning, am down 4.2 pounds. Need to go change my stats...they are really old.

Edited to add: OK, stats are fixed. Highest ever (non-pregnant) was 187.

Finally finished off the giant pack of sliced pork loin that I bought at Publix last week!

Lunch was Five Spice pork loin chops, with a HUGE salad made of collard greens, spinach, and sliced marinated English cucumbers, dressed in sour cream and horseradish. Sounds weird, but it was good.

Ugly pork on a naked plate. Oops...but I needed more space for my...

GIANT SALAD OF DOOM! It was too giant so it had to go in a bowl.

Dinner was, once again, more of those pork loin cutlets with spinach.

Having a fat bomb (2 tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder) and some almond butter right now.

1342 calories, 10 g net carbs
