I'm restarting for the 10 millionth time - and it may be #10,000,001 that works for me. So ya - not 1/1/13 but 1/15/13 and banging it out.

Plan plan planning plan for planning plan plan. You get the idea. I want to be thinner/healhter/more confident/start dating again. I want that so bad and it's not that I don't want to work for it - I just need to get over my 10 year mental hump and do it.

I'm mad and I'm in!!!!!!!!! LOL

BUmping this thread because I am joining you too. Started this morning. Prepared all weekend. Shopped, cooked, re-read the book for the 100th time. I saw something on pinterest the other day that really struck me - Tired of starting over? stop quitting. Duh. Seem so simple and yet.... SO here I am after 3 failed weight watchers attempts. I must get back to what i know is healthier and works.

I also am going to really try to focus on my health too. On my bucket list is running a 5k. Probably not this year. But I know I can do it.

Thanks for bumping this thread! I restarted yesterday. It was a good day food wise - I even got outside and took a nice walk. I'm off today, so I'll go and stock up on a few things for the coming work week. I love these boards! I feel so connected to all of you!

I am trying not to weigh daily and am focusing on drinking water.
I trust LC I just have to work with it.
Let's keep this thread going.
I would love to hear from some of the early posters! How is it going? What have you learned?
So far I have learned NOT to weigh daily and NOT to use any AS. I had a bad day yesterday after 4 perfect (and easy) ones just because I added some DaVinci's syrup to my coffee.

You know what is funny? I was analyzing things in my head over the weekend, and I was thinking that, as much as I say I love sweets, etc. I kind of really don't. I mean, don't get me wrong, put a cake in front of me and I will usually eat it. But I do not think I really love it. In fact, most of that stuff is not really good. Over the weekend, I gave myself pretty much free reign to eat. Went out for my anniversary Friday, had drinks with the girls Sat., and went to a football party yesterday (GO RAVENS!).

No desert at the dinner because i was too full. Yesterday, there were all kinds of cakes and desserts. Didn't eat any - really didnt want them because there was so much other delicious food - like - jalpeno dip, wings, chili, slow cooked chicken. So I had a little of all that. And when we got home, I thought, DUH. I didn't want desert because I was full. Even though I allowed myself to have it.

I swear sometimes, I should just beat myself over the head with a brick. I mean, yes, i could eat like that ALL THE TIME. So whats the problem!!!!!
