Wednesday workouts?

Why wait until Jan 1st? Start now!!

Body Combat kickstart 30 tonight! This is fun stuff and highly recommended folks. No nearly as intense as P90X or Insanity but still high intensity and moderate-ish impact.

We didn't get snow so my cross country skiing will have to wait. 70 minutes on recumbent bike, 3 minutes elliptical (if I can last that long) and walk the dog tonight.

I am so fortunate, my bosses are great, my holiday bonus has bought me a new treadmill, recumbant bike and a 60" tv for the family room so that tv is going to the new workout room. We set up the treatdmill but the bike I want is on order, will be in on 12/31.

I'm sure someone here does yoga. Can you recommend a good starter dvd?
