Cheese (Crackers ?)

I made the Cheddar crackers last week from Cheddar cheese. They were pretty good but to salty so hadn't made them again. Then today I realize swiss cheese has half the salt of cheddar (about) so I made them with swiss cheese. They were so much better to me so glad I found something else besides pork rinds to have for a snack.

I made some with provolone cheese too. Those were pretty good. I'm scared of pork rinds and haven't found the courage to try them yet!

Good idea with the swiss...i made using shredded parm and added garlic chilli and cayanne for a spicy chip...yum

Recipe?

Can you tell us your recipe? I bought some parmesan chips once, but they were waaaaay too salty for me. Kinda scared me off cheese chips. But I'd try again if I knew how to make them. Anybody ever tried with Jarlesberg?

Hi just put broke up a slice of swiss cheese in pieces like 6. Put on parchment paper on a plate and put in micro wave for a minute and a half. That was it. The recipe is on this site for cheddar cheese somewhere thats where I got the idea.
