I love that movie!!! Every time someone asks me about my WOE, and why I chose low carb, I tell them to watch that movie, read "Why we get fat" by Gary Taubes, and then come back and talk to me................

What better place to post the authorized youtube version than a thread so titled :)

Thanks! I just finished watching it at Hulu. No need to login just type the name of the movie in the search box and it will come up.

The movie was very informative especially how the weight loss companies are a part of the whole scheme. WOW!

Ooooo....I didn't know this was out there. Watching it now on Hulu. Thanks!!

I watched this yesterday after reading this post. I really liked it. I didn't know that other documentary was made up of basic lies and skewed info.

It was also a little weird because a lot of the footage was filmed in Burbank and I live in LA so I'm in Burbank all the time and shop at the mall and go to the movies at the same places he was showing. There's just something odd about seeing that in a documentary.

I also think he shot a lot on Hollywood blvd. Esp in the beginning of the film when he was looking for overweight people. It looked like he was in front of highland mall filming most of it!

I haven't finished the movie yet. I've only seen about 30min of it but I plan to finish watching it today.

This was great; very much worth investing an hour and 45 minutes to watch.

Just finished watching this on Amazon Prime Instant Video. Wow! Very interesting but every time he eats a cheeseburger with a bun or chicken strips with breading I want to say "don't eat that" LOL
