Buffalo wild wings?

Hey guys,
I have looked all over the website and for the life of me can not find the ingredients that Buffalo Wild Wings puts into their sauce!!! I am having a massive craving for wings and wanted to get the salt and pepper ones. DO they only have salt and pepper or are there other things added. I also cannot find the carb count.

Sigh did I miss something???

Thanks guys!!!

Your best bet would be to call the restaurant and ask. IMHO

ETA: I would assume that the plain mild, medium, and hot sauces should be fine. But, better safe than sorry. I'd call.

micheleredit: Don't know if you got your wings or not, but we just ate there for lunch on Sunday. We got naked wings with sauce on the side so we could control how much sauce we ate. All of the sauces have either corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, sugar, brown sugar, molasses, or corn starch or several of the ingredients together. I got the medium sauce and for 8 wings for I used about a teaspoon each of sauce and ranch dressing which was plenty. Even the ranch dressing has crazy stuff it does not need like high fructose corn syrup and MSG! DH just ate his plain because if his blood sugar issues.

I get wings at our local Irish Pub. I get them Naked, extra crispy and use Ranch dressing with Tapatio or Cholula sauce to dip them in and they are really good that way.

Here is a list of the ingredients from BW3s:

There was a thread on here at one time that had a lot of the BWW's sauces listed out and if you 'could' or 'couldn't have them... I'll try to help you dig it up. It also had the carb counts to go along with them.

I made this board a few months ago and I can attest to the accuracy of those levels. I eat there as often as I can (1x a week) and I get blazin and Hot. I eat a dozen, all the celery (request no carrots) and ranch. And I am below my weight goal. I even steal like 4 of my kids fries and its fine LOL.

At ANY wing place the original buffalo flavors should be safe (as in mild, medium and hot) Because these are supposed have about 2 ingredients: butter and red pepper sauce (originally Franks Red Hot) Its when you get "new cool flavors" you have to investigate.

So stay "original" at any pub and you should be fine, but at bdubs I like the variety and knowing their flavors. Cheesy ones are usually safe too!

I never knew they had a salt and vinegar rub! I always got "wet" sauces, so I never paid attention to the dry rubs. Omg, I think I know what I am having for dinner tomorrow!

Bumping this up because I just tried these for the first time. OMG. The Salt & Vinegar wings are SO good. I'll never get the "saucy" wings again!

Hey! You don't have to drink all that water!
