Went for a 45 minute run in the morning, its rainy so it was on the treadmill.

Biking to work and back - 9km in total and uphill a large portion of the way return. I have also added in tennis, squash, weight lifting and I am now thinking a few cardio classes. I try for 5-6 times a week.
